Bill Title: Immunity for misuse of blended fuel. Removes the definitions of "E85" motor fuel and "flexible fuel vehicle", and creates a definition for "blended fuel". Replaces immunity protections for misuse of E85 with immunity protections for misuse of blended fuel.
