Bill Title: E-liquids and minors. Requires the alcohol and tobacco commission to ensure that a minor cannot purchase e-liquid. Makes it a Class C infraction if a retailer knowingly or intentionally allows a minor access to e-liquids. Enhances this penalty to a Class B infraction if a retailer commits six violations in a 180 day period. Makes technical corrections.
