Bill Title: Funding for child welfare programming. Provides that the department of child services (department) may collaborate with other entities to implement or participate in programs designed to connect the department and local offices with supportive local community organizations that may provide assistance in meeting the needs of children and families in crisis. Requires the department to report, before September 30 of each year until June 30, 2024, to the legislative council information concerning the implementation and participation in the programs.
