Bill Title: Out of school time pilot program and fund. Requires the department of education (department) to establish a pilot program to provide grants for out of school time programs that serve students in grades 5 through 8. Establishes eligibility requirements. Establishes the out of school time program fund. Requires, before November 1 of each year, the department to submit a report regarding the pilot program to the governor, budget committee, state board of education, and legislative council.
