Bill Title: Juvenile justice evaluation commission. Establishes the juvenile justice evaluation commission to: (1) evaluate the juvenile justice laws of Indiana; and (2) make recommendations to the general assembly for modification of the juvenile justice laws, if the commission determines that changes are necessary or appropriate.
