Bill Title: Statute of limitations for rape. Increases the statute of limitations to ten years for: (1) rape as a Level 3 felony (for an offense committed after June 30, 2014); (2) rape as a Class B felony (for an offense committed before July 1, 2014); and criminal deviate conduct as a Class B felony (for an offense committed before July 1, 2014).
