Summary
Education. Requires the attorney general in consultation with the Indiana education employment relations board (IEERB) to draft and disseminate a letter by first class mail to teachers providing a summary of the teacher's rights and protections under state and federal law. Provides that the state board of education (state board) may not adopt Common Core standards or an assessment or test that is produced solely by the United States government or a consortium of states.
