Summary
Leave following critical incident. Provides that a first responder may take up to 48 hours of leave immediately following a qualified critical incident. Defines a "qualified critical incident". Provides that the employer of a first responder who requests to take the qualified critical incident leave may elect to pay the first responder for the qualified critical incident leave.
