Summary

Overweight divisible loads. Adds scrap metal to the list of commodities hauled within the definition of "overweight divisible load". Specifies that a tractor-semitrailer hauling scrap metal must have a gross vehicle weight of more than 80,000 pounds but not more than 120,000 pounds to meet the requirements of the definition.
