Summary

Right to unionize. Provides that persons in private employment have the right to organize and bargain collectively. Provides that persons in public employment have the right to: (1) organize; and (2) present to and make known to the State, or any of its political subdivisions or agencies, their grievances and proposals; through representatives of their own choosing.
