Summary

Medicaid reimbursement for services for disabilities. Requires the division of disability and rehabilitative services, in coordination with the office of Medicaid policy and planning for purposes of reimbursement under the Medicaid program, to establish, to the extent possible, reimbursement rates for services for individuals with developmental disabilities at a rate that allows individuals providing the services a living wage.
