Summary

Medicare product solicitations. Provides that a Medicare product solicitation may not be made by means of a telephone call to an individual whose principal residence is in Indiana, regardless of where the telephone call originates. Provides an exemption from this prohibition if the solicitor has an existing business relationship with the individual to whom the communication is made. Provides that a violation of this prohibition constitutes an unfair and deceptive act or practice in the business of insurance.
