Summary

Transportation of agricultural commodities. Provides that definition of "farm product" does not include: (1) lumber; (2) logs; (3) wood chips; (4) bark; or (5) sawdust. Modifies the definition of "overweight divisible load". Provides that an owner of a "carrier, shipper, or other party" may not cause or knowingly permit a vehicle to: (1) exceed certain size or weight restrictions; and (2) be operated upon a highway. Specifies that certain infractions concerning vehicle size and weight are Class C infractions. Prohibits the bureau of motor vehicles from assessing points under the point system for violations of commercial size and weight limitations
