Summary

Special group recognition license plates. Authorizes the Independent Colleges of Indiana to act as the intermediary for the purpose of distributing special group recognition license plates (plates) to member institutions that are unable to meet the 500 plate sales requirement. Allows the bureau of motor vehicles to disclose personal information concerning plate holders to member institutions under certain circumstances, for certain purposes.
