Summary
Restricted locations for temporary beer permits. Provides that the alcohol and tobacco commission shall not issue a temporary beer permit to a person for the express purpose of selling beer at a place that is within 100 feet of where an organized 4-H club has an exhibit (current law does not contain the distance restriction).
