Summary

Speed limit for trucks on toll roads and tollways. Provides that the maximum speed limit for a vehicle having a declared gross weight greater than 26,000 pounds operated on a toll road or tollway on a highway: (1) on the national system of interstate and defense highways; or (2) that is the responsibility of the Indiana finance authority; located outside an urbanized area (as defined in 23 U.S.C. 101) with a population of at least 50,000 is 70 miles per hour.
