Summary

Disposal of motor vehicles. Provides that a certificate of authority is valid for two years after the date the certificate of authority is approved by the bureau of motor vehicles (BMV). Provides that the BMV shall establish a system that allows applicants to electronically amend information contained on a certificate of authority.
