Summary

Various education matters. Establishes enrollment requirements and limitations to enroll in an innovation network charter school. Authorizes a governing body to enter into an agreement with a charter school to reconstitute a traditional school as an innovation network charter school. Provides that an innovation network school may use student growth to determine its category or designation of school improvement for a period of three years. Provides that, if a teacher's contract is canceled, the teacher may request a conference with the superintendent or the assistant superintendent.
