Summary

Provides that if an individual receives a voter registration application: (1) as part of a voter registration drive conducted by an organization that is the individual's employer; (2) from an applicant who is an employee, retired employee, or customer of the organization; and (3) as part of the individual's paid employment duties; the individual may provide the address of the individual's employer instead of the individual's residence address on the voter registration application.
