Summary
Repeals certain provisions related to a purchase contract for substitute natural gas (SNG). Removes certain findings made by the general assembly with respect to SNG. Removes requirements that addenda to a purchase contract and other agreements entered into by the Indiana finance authority and a producer of SNG be submitted to the utility regulatory commission for approval.
