Summary

Cap on assessed valuation increase for homesteads. Limits the annual increase in assessed value of a homestead to 5% unless: (1) ownership of the homestead changes; or (2) the increase results from physical changes to the homestead. Limits the increase in assessed value of a homestead over a 10 year period to 40%.
