Summary

Requires the division of family resources to: (1) apply for a waiver to require certain public assistance recipients to show photo identification when using the recipient's electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card; and (2) establish a pilot program within the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) to allow SNAP benefits to be used only for food and beverages that have sufficient nutritional value, as determined by the division of family resources. Makes an exception to the photo identification requirement for recipients who are disabled or at least 65 years of age.
