Summary

Provides that a person who drives a motor vehicle (vehicle) equipped with a compression release engine brake (brake) may not use the vehicle's brake unless the vehicle is equipped with a factory installed muffler or an equivalent after market muffler, except in Porter County where brake operation is prohibited unless there is a failure of the service brake system.
