Summary

Prohibits the use of outdoor stage equipment for an outdoor performance without a permit issued by the division of fire and building safety or a county, city, or town acting under a regulatory program approved by the fire prevention and building safety commission. Provides for the establishment of standards for, and the inspection of, outdoor stage equipment by the fire prevention and building safety commission.
