Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Finance Authority Act. Provides that, in addition to the other uses specified in the Act, the Illinois Finance Authority and the State Fire Marshal may use moneys in the Fire Truck Revolving Loan Fund to make grants and provide zero-interest and low-interest loans to fire departments and law enforcement agencies for emergency dive team personnel and water rescue equipment.
