Bill Title: Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Provides that, if they meet the established training components set forth by the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, providers of non-emergency medi-car and service car transportation that are either directly or through an affiliated company licensed by the Department of Public Health shall be approved to have in-house safety programs for training their own staff.
