Bill Title: Creates the Carjacking Transparency Report Act. Provides that each county law enforcement agency, including a home rule county, and each local law enforcement agency shall, on a monthly basis, report on the law enforcement agency's website information of each incident of vehicular hijacking that occurred in the past month within the law enforcement agency's jurisdiction. If the law enforcement agency does not have a website, the law enforcement agency shall have printed copies of this monthly report available at the law enforcement agency's headquarters. Provides that in the case of an adult offender, the law enforcement agency shall report: (1) the location or every incident of vehicular hijacking within the jurisdiction; and (2) the age of each person arrested for vehicular hijacking, any prior arrests for the commission of a felony of the person arrested, and a record of any felony conviction. In the case of a juvenile offender, the law enforcement agency shall report: (1) the municipality where the juvenile resides and the school where the juvenile attends; and (2) the type of bond posted or whether the juvenile is incarcerated awaiting trial. Effective immediately.
