2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Patricia J. Nebgen, who passed away on | ||||||
4 | January 31, 2014; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Patricia Nebgen was born in 1932 to John and | ||||||
6 | Kathryn (nee Smith) Jeffers; she graduated from St. Scholastica | ||||||
7 | Academy in Chicago; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Patricia Nebgen retired as the Village Clerk of | ||||||
9 | Island Lake; she was a charter member of the Island Lake Area | ||||||
10 | Lioness Club and a member of the Island Lake Women's Club; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Affectionately known as "Patty-Poo", Patricia | ||||||
12 | Nebgen enjoyed sewing, traveling, reading murder mysteries, | ||||||
13 | and attending a good party; she was a longtime parishioner of | ||||||
14 | Transfiguration Catholic Church in Chicago; and

15 | WHEREAS, Patricia Nebgen was preceded in death by her | ||||||
16 | parents and by her husband, Robert; and
| ||||||
17 | WHEREAS, Patricia Nebgen is survived by her children, Gregg | ||||||
18 | (Kathy), Cressly (Rick), Michael (Jean), Mark, Jennifer (Tom), | ||||||
19 | Adam (Carrie), and Sara (Tom); her grandchildren; and her | ||||||
20 | siblings, Nancy (Len), Judy (Gene), John (Joanne), and Michael |

2 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
3 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
4 | Patricia J. Nebgen, and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
5 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
6 | further

7 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
8 | presented to the family of Patricia Nebgen as an expression of | ||||||
