lines 7 and 8, by replacing "Department of Public Health" with
"Illinois Housing Development Authority"; and
on page 1, line 16, by replacing "Department" with "Authority";
and
on page 2, line 4, by replacing "Department's" with
"Authority's"; and
on page 2, line 6, by replacing "Department" with "Authority".
