Amends the Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the application of the Act.

1 AN ACT concerning regulation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of 1989
5 is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
6 (225 ILCS 315/5) (from Ch. 111, par. 8105)
7 (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010)
8 Sec. 5. Nothing in this Act prevents any person from being
9 engaged in the the practice of landscape architecture so long
10 as he does not represent himself as, or use the titles of,
11 "landscape architect" or "registered landscape architect".
