| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1853

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1853 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| 4 | "Section 5. If and only if Senate Bill 16 of the 97th | ||||||
| 5 | General Assembly becomes law as enrolled, then "An Act | ||||||
| 6 | concerning foreclosure" (Senate Bill 16 of the 97th General | ||||||
| 7 | Assembly) is amended by changing Section 99 as follows:
