AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1853, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
2 as follows:
on page 33, line 6, after "profit" by inserting the following:
"or that was originally organized as a for-profit cemetery
prior to reorganization following bankruptcy".
