School Code Mandates, dated October 1, 2014, with | ||||||

Representatives, and the Secretary of | ||||||
| 5 | State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g of the School | ||||||
| 6 | Code; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 7 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 8 | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE | ||||||
| 9 | SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the General Assembly is | ||||||
| 10 | encouraged to promptly review and evaluate the Report and | ||||||
| 11 | determine whether to disapprove, in whole or in part, the | ||||||
| 12 | Report or any waiver request or appealed request outlined in | ||||||
| 13 | the Report.
