16 | Sec. 3-606. Members of General Assembly. Upon receipt of a | ||||||
17 | request of a member of the General Assembly, accompanied by | ||||||
18 | the appropriate application and fee, the Secretary of State | ||||||
19 | shall issue to the member 2 plates as described in this | ||||||
20 | Section. The special plates issued under this Section shall be | ||||||
21 | affixed only to passenger vehicles of the first division, | ||||||
22 | motorcycles, autocycles, and motor vehicles of the second | ||||||
23 | division weighing not more than 8,000 pounds. Except as |

1 | otherwise provided in this Section, if the member so requests, | ||||||
2 | the Secretary shall issue 2 sets of such registration plates | ||||||
3 | for use on 2 different motor vehicles. A member may request | ||||||
4 | that the Secretary of State issue registration plates in the | ||||||
5 | name of a corporation when the corporation owns or leases the | ||||||
6 | vehicle to be registered and the member is an officer or | ||||||
7 | director of that corporation. Such registration plates shall | ||||||
8 | be issued for a 2-year period beginning January 1 of each | ||||||
9 | odd-numbered year and ending December 31 of the subsequent | ||||||
10 | even-numbered year. If the application is from a member of the | ||||||
11 | Senate, there shall appear on the rear plate, in addition to | ||||||
12 | the designation of the State and the year for which the license | ||||||
13 | was issued, the word "official" and appropriate wording or | ||||||
14 | abbreviation indicating that the holder is a member of the | ||||||
15 | Senate, followed by the number of the senatorial district of | ||||||
16 | the member. On the front plate, there shall appear appropriate | ||||||
17 | wording or abbreviation indicating that the holder is a member | ||||||
18 | of the Senate. If the application is from a member of the House | ||||||
19 | of Representatives, there shall appear on the rear plate, in | ||||||
20 | addition to the designation of the State and the year for which | ||||||
21 | the license was issued, the word "official" and appropriate | ||||||
22 | wording or abbreviation indicating that the holder is a member | ||||||
23 | of the House of Representatives, followed by the number | ||||||
24 | assigned to the member. On the front plate, there shall appear | ||||||
25 | appropriate wording or abbreviation indicating that the holder | ||||||
26 | is a member of the House of Representatives. Numbers 1 through |

1 | 118 shall be assigned and members with the longest length of | ||||||
2 | service as members of the legislature shall be given the lower | ||||||
3 | numbers. | ||||||
4 | When members have an equal length of service, the lower | ||||||
5 | numbers shall be given in alphabetical order based on | ||||||
6 | surnames. | ||||||
7 | A member of the General Assembly who has a disability as | ||||||
8 | defined under Section 1-159.1 may request one set of | ||||||
9 | specialized plates which display the International Symbol of | ||||||
10 | Access and shall be subject to the provisions within Section | ||||||
11 | 3-616. The set of specialized plates displaying the | ||||||
12 | International Symbol of Access shall only be issued along with | ||||||
13 | the assignment of a corresponding disability placard that must | ||||||
14 | be displayed in the vehicle. The surviving spouse of the | ||||||
15 | member shall not be entitled to retain this plate. | ||||||

18 | Sec. 3-606.1. Retired members of the General Assembly. | ||||||
19 | Upon receipt of a request from a retired member of the General | ||||||
20 | Assembly, accompanied by the appropriate application and fee, | ||||||

23 | that the holder is a retired member of the General Assembly. | ||||||

9 | as the surviving spouse is a resident of Illinois and | ||||||
10 | transfers the registration to his or her name within 90 days of | ||||||
11 | the death of the retired member. | ||||||
12 | A retired member of the General Assembly who has a | ||||||
13 | disability as defined under Section 1-159.1 may request one | ||||||
14 | set of specialized plates which display the International | ||||||
15 | Symbol of Access and shall be subject to the provisions within | ||||||
16 | Section 3-616. The set of specialized plates displaying the | ||||||
17 | International Symbol of Access shall only be issued along with | ||||||

26 | The fees and procedures relating to such plates for |

6 | Sec. 3-606.5. Retired Executive Branch Constitutional | ||||||
7 | Officers. Upon receipt of a request from a retired executive | ||||||
8 | branch constitutional officer, accompanied by the appropriate | ||||||
9 | application and fee, the Secretary of State shall issue to the | ||||||
10 | retired executive branch constitutional officer plates bearing | ||||||
11 | appropriate wording or abbreviations indicating that the | ||||||
12 | holder is a retired executive branch constitutional officer | ||||||
13 | and the office held. The special plates issued under this | ||||||
14 | Section shall be affixed only to passenger vehicles of the | ||||||
15 | first division, motorcycles, autocycles, and motor vehicles of | ||||||
16 | the second division weighing not more than 8,000 pounds. Such | ||||||
17 | plates may be issued for a 2-year period beginning on January 1 | ||||||
18 | of each odd-numbered year and ending on December 31 of the | ||||||
19 | subsequent even-numbered year. Upon the death of a retired | ||||||
20 | executive branch constitutional officer who has been issued a | ||||||
21 | retired executive branch constitutional officer plate, the | ||||||
22 | retired executive branch constitutional officer's surviving | ||||||
23 | spouse shall be entitled to retain the plate so long as the | ||||||
24 | surviving spouse is a resident of Illinois and transfers the | ||||||
25 | registration to his or her name within 90 days of the death of |

1 | the retired executive branch constitutional officer. For | ||||||
2 | purposes of this Section, "retired executive branch | ||||||
3 | constitutional officer" means any individual who has served at | ||||||
4 | least one full term of office as (i) Governor; (ii) Lieutenant | ||||||
5 | Governor; (iii) Attorney General; (iv) Secretary of State; (v) | ||||||
6 | Comptroller; or (vi) Treasurer; and who was not removed from | ||||||
7 | office pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Illinois | ||||||
8 | Constitution of 1970. | ||||||

11 | Sec. 3-607. Amateur radio operators. Amateur radio | ||||||
12 | operators may obtain the issuance of registration plates or | ||||||
13 | digital registration plates for motor vehicles of the first | ||||||
14 | division, motorcycles, autocycles, and second division motor | ||||||
15 | vehicles under 8,000 pounds, corresponding to their call | ||||||
16 | letters, provided they make application therefor, which is | ||||||
17 | subject to the staggered registration system, prior to October | ||||||
18 | 1st of the final year of the current registration plate or | ||||||
19 | digital registration plate term and pay an additional fee of | ||||||
20 | $4. | ||||||

23 | Sec. 3-610. Members of Congress. Upon receiving an | ||||||

2 | Illinois, accompanied with payments of the registration fees | ||||||
3 | and taxes required under this Act, the Secretary of State | ||||||
4 | instead of issuing to such member number plates as hereinabove | ||||||
5 | provided, shall, if such member so requests, issue to him two | ||||||
6 | number plates as described in this Section. The special plates | ||||||
7 | issued under this Section shall be affixed only to passenger | ||||||
8 | vehicles of the first division, motorcycles, autocycles, and | ||||||
9 | motor vehicles of the second division weighing not more than | ||||||
10 | 8,000 pounds. Two duplicate sets of these number plates may be | ||||||
11 | issued if requested and may be used on 2 different motor | ||||||
12 | vehicles. There shall appear, in addition to the designation | ||||||
13 | of the State and the year for which such license was issued, if | ||||||
14 | he is a member of the House of Representatives, the number of | ||||||
15 | the congressional district of such member in the center of the | ||||||
16 | plate followed in the next line by the words "U. S. | ||||||
17 | Congressperson"; if he is the senior Senator from Illinois, | ||||||
18 | the number 1 shall be in the center of the plate followed in | ||||||
19 | the next line by the word "Senator"; and if he is the junior | ||||||
20 | Senator, the number 2 shall be in the center of the plate | ||||||
21 | followed in the next line by the word "Senator". | ||||||
22 | Such plates may be issued for a 2-year 2 year period | ||||||
23 | beginning January 1st of each odd-numbered year and ending | ||||||
24 | December 31st of the subsequent even-numbered years. | ||||||

2 | Sec. 3-610.1. Retired members of the Illinois | ||||||
3 | congressional delegation. Upon receipt of a request from a | ||||||
4 | retired member of the Illinois congressional delegation, | ||||||
5 | accompanied by the appropriate application and fee, the | ||||||
6 | Secretary of State shall issue to the retired member special | ||||||
7 | registration plates bearing appropriate wording or | ||||||
8 | abbreviations indicating that the holder is a retired member | ||||||
9 | of the Illinois congressional delegation. The plates may be | ||||||
10 | issued for a 2-year 2 year period beginning January 1st of each | ||||||
11 | odd-numbered year and ending December 31st of the subsequent | ||||||
12 | even-numbered year. The special plates issued under this | ||||||
13 | Section shall be affixed only to passenger vehicles of the | ||||||
14 | first division, motorcycles, autocycles, and motor vehicles of | ||||||
15 | the second division weighing not more than 8,000 pounds. | ||||||
16 | An applicant shall be charged a $15 fee for original | ||||||
17 | issuance in addition to the applicable registration fee. This | ||||||
18 | additional fee shall be deposited into the Secretary of State | ||||||
19 | Special License Plate Fund. For each registration renewal | ||||||
20 | period, a $2 fee, in addition to the appropriate registration | ||||||
21 | fee, shall be charged and shall be deposited into the Retired | ||||||
22 | Members of the Illinois Congressional Delegation Fund. | ||||||
23 | A retired member of the Illinois Congressional delegation | ||||||
24 | who has a disability as defined under Section 1-159.1 may | ||||||
25 | request one set of specialized plates which display the | ||||||
26 | International Symbol of Access and shall be subject to the |

13 | (625 ILCS 5/3-611.5) | ||||||
14 | Sec. 3-611.5. Fire Chief license plates. | ||||||
15 | (a) The Secretary, upon receipt of a request from a | ||||||
16 | municipality or fire protection district that operates a fire | ||||||
17 | department, accompanied by an application and the appropriate | ||||||
18 | fee, may issue, to a fire chief, deputy fire chief, and | ||||||
19 | assistant fire chief of each municipal fire department or fire | ||||||
20 | protection district, special registration plates designated as | ||||||
21 | Fire Chief license plates. The special plates issued under | ||||||
22 | this Section shall be affixed only to passenger vehicles of | ||||||
23 | the first division , motorcycles, autocycles, or motor vehicles | ||||||
24 | of the second division weighing not more than 8,000 pounds, | ||||||
25 | owned by the fire department or the fire chief, deputy fire |
| |||||||
| |||||||
1 | chief, or assistant fire chief of the fire department. Plates | ||||||
2 | issued under this Section shall expire according to the | ||||||
3 | multi-year procedure established by Section 3-414.1 of this | ||||||
4 | Code. | ||||||
5 | (b) The design and color of the special plates shall be | ||||||
6 | wholly within the discretion of the Secretary. The plates are | ||||||
7 | not required to designate "Land of Lincoln" as prescribed in | ||||||
8 | subsection (b) of Section 3-412 of this Code. The Secretary | ||||||
9 | may prescribe rules governing the requirements and approval of | ||||||
10 | the special plates. The fee for this plate for a vehicle owned | ||||||
11 | by the fire chief, deputy fire chief, or assistant fire chief | ||||||
12 | shall be the same as the fee prescribed for first division | ||||||
13 | vehicles in Section 3-806 of this Code. Permanent license | ||||||
14 | plates for fire chief, deputy fire chief, or assistant fire | ||||||
15 | chief vehicles owned by a municipal fire department or fire | ||||||
16 | protection district shall be issued at the fee prescribed in | ||||||
17 | Section 3-808.1(b). | ||||||
18 | (c) Any fire chief, deputy fire chief, or assistant fire | ||||||
19 | chief operating warning devices as described in paragraph 2.1 | ||||||
20 | of subsection (a) of Section 12-215 or subsection (b) of | ||||||
21 | Section 12-601 upon a vehicle not owned by a municipality or | ||||||
22 | fire protection district shall display license plates as | ||||||
23 | described in this Section. | ||||||
24 | (d) With the exception of permanently issued license | ||||||
25 | plates, upon the resignation, termination, or reassignment to | ||||||
26 | a rank other than fire chief, deputy fire chief, or assistant |

1 | fire chief, a person issued plates under this Section shall | ||||||
2 | immediately surrender the license plate to the Secretary of | ||||||
3 | State. The Secretary of State shall have the ability to | ||||||
4 | recover license plates issued under this Section. | ||||||

7 | Sec. 3-613. Special inaugural license plate. Any resident | ||||||
8 | of Illinois, being a member of the Official Presidential | ||||||
9 | Inaugural Committee, may, during the period from January | ||||||
10 | through February 15th of any year in which the President of the | ||||||
11 | United States is being inaugurated, display a special | ||||||
12 | inaugural license plate furnished by such person in lieu of | ||||||
13 | the current and valid Illinois license plate issued to a motor | ||||||
14 | vehicle of the first division , motorcycle, or autocycle owned | ||||||
15 | by such person, provided that the official inaugural | ||||||
16 | credentials or a valid certificate thereof acceptable to the | ||||||
17 | Secretary of State and the valid and current Illinois license | ||||||
18 | plates and registration card issued to such motor vehicle are | ||||||
19 | simultaneously carried within such vehicle and available for | ||||||
20 | inspection. | ||||||

23 | Sec. 3-615. Honorary Consular License Plate. The | ||||||
24 | Secretary, upon receipt of an application made on the form |

1 | prescribed by the Secretary of State, may issue Illinois | ||||||
2 | Honorary Consular license plates to any person who is a | ||||||
3 | non-resident and an official or employee of the Coordination | ||||||
4 | Council for North American Affairs as recognized in the Taiwan | ||||||
5 | Relation Act, Public Law 96-8, and serving that | ||||||
6 | instrumentality and temporarily residing in this State. The | ||||||
7 | special plates issued under this Section shall be affixed only | ||||||
8 | to passenger vehicles of the first division, motorcycles, | ||||||
9 | autocycles, and motor vehicles of the second division weighing | ||||||
10 | not more than 8,000 pounds. In addition, these plates may be | ||||||
11 | issued to United States nationals or permanent residents who | ||||||
12 | are appointed Honorary Consular officers and confirmed by the | ||||||
13 | Federal Department of State. | ||||||
14 | Such registration plates may be issued for a 2-year 2 year | ||||||
15 | period beginning January 1 of each odd-numbered year and | ||||||
16 | ending December 31 of the subsequent even-numbered year. | ||||||
17 | Applicants shall verify their status as Honorary Consular or | ||||||
18 | Taiwanese representatives on forms provided by the Department | ||||||
19 | of State. | ||||||
20 | In the event any holder of such registration plates or | ||||||
21 | card leaves this State or no longer serves as an Honorary | ||||||
22 | Consular or Taiwanese official or employee, the registration | ||||||
23 | plates and card issued to such persons shall terminate and the | ||||||
24 | owner shall remove such plates from the vehicle so registered | ||||||
25 | and return them and the registration card to the Secretary of | ||||||
26 | State. Such plates may not be transferred to any other person |

4 | Sec. 3-616. Disability license plates. | ||||||
5 | (a) Upon receiving an application for a certificate of | ||||||
6 | registration for a motor vehicle of the first division , a | ||||||
7 | motorcycle, an autocycle, or for a motor vehicle of the second | ||||||
8 | division weighing no more than 8,000 pounds, accompanied with | ||||||
9 | payment of the registration fees required under this Code from | ||||||
10 | a person with disabilities or a person who is deaf or hard of | ||||||
11 | hearing, the Secretary of State, if so requested, shall issue | ||||||
12 | to such person registration plates as provided for in Section | ||||||
13 | 3-611, provided that the person with disabilities or person | ||||||
14 | who is deaf or hard of hearing must not be disqualified from | ||||||
15 | obtaining a driver's license under subsection 8 of Section | ||||||
16 | 6-103 of this Code, and further provided that any person | ||||||
17 | making such a request must submit a statement, certified by a | ||||||
18 | licensed physician, by a licensed physician assistant, or by a | ||||||
19 | licensed advanced practice registered nurse, to the effect | ||||||
20 | that such person is a person with disabilities as defined by | ||||||
21 | Section 1-159.1 of this Code, or alternatively provide | ||||||
22 | adequate documentation that such person has a Class 1A, Class | ||||||
23 | 2A or Type Four disability under the provisions of Section 4A | ||||||
24 | of the Illinois Identification Card Act. For purposes of this | ||||||
25 | Section, an Illinois Person with a Disability Identification |

1 | Card issued pursuant to the Illinois Identification Card Act | ||||||
2 | indicating that the person thereon named has a disability | ||||||
3 | shall be adequate documentation of such a disability. | ||||||
4 | (b) The Secretary shall issue plates under this Section to | ||||||
5 | a parent or legal guardian of a person with disabilities if the | ||||||
6 | person with disabilities has a Class 1A or Class 2A disability | ||||||
7 | as defined in Section 4A of the Illinois Identification Card | ||||||
8 | Act or is a person with disabilities as defined by Section | ||||||
9 | 1-159.1 of this Code, and does not possess a vehicle | ||||||
10 | registered in his or her name, provided that the person with | ||||||
11 | disabilities relies frequently on the parent or legal guardian | ||||||
12 | for transportation. Only one vehicle per family may be | ||||||
13 | registered under this subsection, unless the applicant can | ||||||
14 | justify in writing the need for one additional set of plates. | ||||||
15 | Any person requesting special plates under this subsection | ||||||
16 | shall submit such documentation or such physician's, physician | ||||||
17 | assistant's, or advanced practice registered nurse's statement | ||||||
18 | as is required in subsection (a) and a statement describing | ||||||
19 | the circumstances qualifying for issuance of special plates | ||||||
20 | under this subsection. An optometrist may certify a Class 2A | ||||||
21 | Visual Disability, as defined in Section 4A of the Illinois | ||||||
22 | Identification Card Act, for the purpose of qualifying a | ||||||
23 | person with disabilities for special plates under this | ||||||
24 | subsection. | ||||||
25 | (c) The Secretary may issue a parking decal or device to a | ||||||
26 | person with disabilities as defined by Section 1-159.1 without |

1 | regard to qualification of such person with disabilities for a | ||||||
2 | driver's license or registration of a vehicle by such person | ||||||
3 | with disabilities or such person's immediate family, provided | ||||||
4 | such person with disabilities making such a request has been | ||||||
5 | issued an Illinois Person with a Disability Identification | ||||||
6 | Card indicating that the person named thereon has a Class 1A or | ||||||
7 | Class 2A disability, or alternatively, submits a statement | ||||||
8 | certified by a licensed physician, or by a licensed physician | ||||||
9 | assistant or a licensed advanced practice registered nurse as | ||||||
10 | provided in subsection (a), to the effect that such person is a | ||||||
11 | person with disabilities as defined by Section 1-159.1. An | ||||||
12 | optometrist may certify a Class 2A Visual Disability as | ||||||
13 | defined in Section 4A of the Illinois Identification Card Act | ||||||
14 | for the purpose of qualifying a person with disabilities for a | ||||||
15 | parking decal or device under this subsection. | ||||||
16 | (d) The Secretary shall prescribe by rules and regulations | ||||||
17 | procedures to certify or re-certify as necessary the | ||||||
18 | eligibility of persons whose disabilities are other than | ||||||
19 | permanent for special plates or parking decals or devices | ||||||
20 | issued under subsections (a), (b) and (c). Except as provided | ||||||
21 | under subsection (f) of this Section, no such special plates, | ||||||
22 | decals or devices shall be issued by the Secretary of State to | ||||||
23 | or on behalf of any person with disabilities unless such | ||||||
24 | person is certified as meeting the definition of a person with | ||||||
25 | disabilities pursuant to Section 1-159.1 or meeting the | ||||||
26 | requirement of a Type Four disability as provided under |

1 | Section 4A of the Illinois Identification Card Act for the | ||||||
2 | period of time that the physician, or the physician assistant | ||||||
3 | or advanced practice registered nurse as provided in | ||||||
4 | subsection (a), determines the applicant will have the | ||||||
5 | disability, but not to exceed 6 months from the date of | ||||||
6 | certification or recertification. | ||||||
7 | (e) Any person requesting special plates under this | ||||||
8 | Section may also apply to have the special plates | ||||||
9 | personalized, as provided under Section 3-405.1. | ||||||
10 | (f) The Secretary of State, upon application, shall issue | ||||||
11 | disability registration plates or a parking decal to | ||||||
12 | corporations, school districts, State or municipal agencies, | ||||||
13 | limited liability companies, nursing homes, convalescent | ||||||
14 | homes, or special education cooperatives which will transport | ||||||
15 | persons with disabilities. The Secretary shall prescribe by | ||||||
16 | rule a means to certify or re-certify the eligibility of | ||||||
17 | organizations to receive disability plates or decals and to | ||||||
18 | designate which of the 2 person with disabilities emblems | ||||||
19 | shall be placed on qualifying vehicles. | ||||||
20 | (g) The Secretary of State, or his designee, may enter | ||||||
21 | into agreements with other jurisdictions, including foreign | ||||||
22 | jurisdictions, on behalf of this State relating to the | ||||||
23 | extension of parking privileges by such jurisdictions to | ||||||
24 | residents of this State with disabilities who display a | ||||||
25 | special license plate or parking device that contains the | ||||||
26 | International symbol of access on his or her motor vehicle, |

2 | jurisdictions. This State shall grant the same parking | ||||||
3 | privileges which are granted to residents of this State with | ||||||

6 | country if such vehicle displays the international symbol of | ||||||
7 | access or a distinguishing insignia on license plates or | ||||||
8 | parking device issued in accordance with the laws of the | ||||||

25 | State, may issue collegiate license plates. The collegiate |

14 | state. If the college or university is located in a contiguous | ||||||
15 | state, there must be not less than 10,000 alumni of the college | ||||||
16 | or university residing in this State. The Secretary may, in | ||||||
17 | his or her discretion, allow the plates to be issued as vanity | ||||||
18 | plates or personalized in accordance with Section 3-405.1 of | ||||||
19 | this Code. The plates are not required to designate "Land Of | ||||||
20 | Lincoln", as prescribed in subsection (b) of Section 3-412 of | ||||||
21 | this Code. The Secretary shall prescribe the eligibility | ||||||
22 | requirements including a minimum level of specialized license | ||||||
23 | plates requests and, in his or her discretion, shall approve | ||||||
24 | and prescribe stickers or decals as provided under Section | ||||||
25 | 3-412. | ||||||
26 | (c) An applicant shall be charged a $40 fee for original |

17 | University Trust Fund in the case of a public university or | ||||||
18 | college or into the University Grant Fund in the case of a | ||||||
19 | degree-granting, not-for-profit private college or university, | ||||||
20 | and $2 shall be deposited into the Secretary of State Special | ||||||
21 | License Plate Fund plates for all collegiate plates. | ||||||
22 | (d) The State College and University Trust Fund is created | ||||||
23 | as a special fund in the State treasury. The State Treasurer | ||||||
24 | shall create separate accounts within the State College and | ||||||
25 | University Trust Fund for each public university or college | ||||||
26 | for which collegiate license plates have been issued. Moneys |

18 | the Illinois Student Assistance Commission to participating | ||||||
19 | private colleges and universities. This revenue shall be used | ||||||
20 | for the sole purpose of scholarship grant awards to Illinois | ||||||

23 | (a) The Secretary, upon receipt of all applicable fees and | ||||||

5 | motorcycles, autocycles, motor vehicles of the second division | ||||||
6 | weighing not more than 8,000 pounds, and recreational vehicles | ||||||
7 | as defined by Section 1-169 of this Code. Plates issued under | ||||||
8 | this Section shall expire according to the multi-year | ||||||
9 | procedure established by Section 3-414.1 of this Code. | ||||||
10 | (b) The design, color, and format of the plates shall be | ||||||
11 | wholly within the discretion of the Secretary of State, except | ||||||
12 | that the U.S. Air Force emblem shall appear on the plates. The | ||||||
13 | Secretary may, in his or her discretion, allow the plates to be | ||||||
14 | issued as vanity or personalized plates in accordance with | ||||||
15 | Section 3-405.1 of this Code. The plates are not required to | ||||||
16 | designate "Land Of Lincoln", as prescribed in subsection (b) | ||||||
17 | of Section 3-412 of this Code. The Secretary shall prescribe | ||||||
18 | the eligibility requirements and, in his or her discretion, | ||||||
19 | shall approve and prescribe stickers or decals as provided | ||||||
20 | under Section 3-412. | ||||||
21 | (c) An applicant shall be charged a $20 fee for original | ||||||
22 | issuance in addition to the applicable registration fee. Of | ||||||
23 | this additional fee, $15 shall be deposited into the Secretary | ||||||
24 | of State Special License Plate Fund and $5 shall be deposited | ||||||
25 | into the Octave Chanute Aerospace Heritage Fund. For each | ||||||
26 | registration renewal period, a $20 fee, in addition to the |

11 | former exhibits and collections of the Chanute Air Museum, for | ||||||
12 | operational and program expenses of the Chanute Air Museum and | ||||||
13 | any other structure housing exhibits and collections of the | ||||||
