1 | AN ACT concerning property.
| ||||||
2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||||
3 | represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||||
4 | Section 5. The Treasurer, on behalf of the State of | ||||||
5 | Illinois, is authorized
to execute and deliver to the City of | ||||||
6 | Collinsville, for
and in consideration of $1 paid to the | ||||||
7 | Treasurer, a quitclaim
deed to the following described real | ||||||
8 | property for the purpose of tourism and hospitality | ||||||
9 | development, to wit:
| ||||||
10 | All of Lots 7, 8 and 11 in Eastport Plaza First Addition, | ||||||
11 | according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Cabinet 52 | ||||||
12 | Page 130 of the Recorder's Office of Madison County, | ||||||
13 | Illinois.
| ||||||
14 | Excepting therefrom that part of Lot 11 conveyed to W. A. | ||||||
15 | Dilow III and Linda S. Dilow by deed recorded in Book 3394 | ||||||
16 | Page 2175, described as follows:

17 | Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 11; thence | ||||||
18 | North 89 degrees 19 minutes 44 seconds East 243.15 feet; | ||||||
19 | thence South 01 degree 36 minutes 26 seconds East 104.0 | ||||||
20 | feet; thence North 87 degrees 46 minutes 32 seconds West | ||||||
21 | 283.79 feet; thence North 22 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds |

3 | Except any interest in the coal, oil, gas and other | ||||||

6 | and easements in favor of the estate of said coal, oil, gas | ||||||
7 | and other minerals, if any.

12 | Section 7. Dissolution of remaining Illinois Insured | ||||||
13 | Mortgage Pilot Program property. | ||||||
14 | (a) The Treasurer is hereby authorized to sell, convey, | ||||||
15 | divest, or enter into any settlement agreement with respect to | ||||||
16 | any interest, including liens, that the State has in any | ||||||
17 | property associated with, or resulting from, the Illinois | ||||||
18 | Insured Mortgage Pilot Program. | ||||||
19 | (b) The State Treasurer shall cause any funds received by | ||||||
20 | the State Treasurer as a result of subsection (a) to be | ||||||
21 | deposited into the General Revenue Fund.

1 | Section 10. | ||||||
2 | (a) The Treasurer shall obtain
a certified copy of this | ||||||
3 | Act within 60 days after its effective
date and, upon receipt | ||||||
4 | of the payment required,
shall record the certified document | ||||||
5 | in the Recorder's Office
in the County in which the land is | ||||||
6 | located. | ||||||
7 | (b) The quitclaim deed to the property described in | ||||||
8 | Section 5 shall state on its face and be subject to the | ||||||
9 | conditions that the real property shall be used by the City of | ||||||
10 | Collinsville for the purpose of tourism and hospitality | ||||||
11 | development and that if the real property is used for any | ||||||
12 | purposes other than for the purpose of tourism and hospitality | ||||||
13 | development, or if an attempt is made to sell the property, | ||||||
14 | then title shall revert without further action to the State of | ||||||
15 | Illinois.

16 | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||||
17 | becoming law.
