1 AN ACT concerning property.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Treasurer, on behalf of the State of
5Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to the City of
6Collinsville, for and in consideration of $1 paid to the
7Treasurer, a quitclaim deed to the following described real
8property for the purpose of tourism and hospitality
9development, to wit:
10 All of Lots 7, 8 and 11 in Eastport Plaza First Addition,
11 according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Cabinet 52
12 Page 130 of the Recorder's Office of Madison County,
13 Illinois.
14 Excepting therefrom that part of Lot 11 conveyed to W. A.
15 Dilow III and Linda S. Dilow by deed recorded in Book 3394
16 Page 2175, described as follows:
17 Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 11; thence
18 North 89 degrees 19 minutes 44 seconds East 243.15 feet;
19 thence South 01 degree 36 minutes 26 seconds East 104.0
20 feet; thence North 87 degrees 46 minutes 32 seconds West
21 283.79 feet; thence North 22 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds

1 East 97.60 feet to the point of beginning of said
2 exception.
3 Except any interest in the coal, oil, gas and other
4 minerals underlying the land which have been heretofore
5 conveyed or reserved in prior conveyances, and all rights
6 and easements in favor of the estate of said coal, oil, gas
7 and other minerals, if any.

12 Section 7. Dissolution of remaining Illinois Insured
13Mortgage Pilot Program property.
14 (a) The Treasurer is hereby authorized to sell, convey,
15divest, or enter into any settlement agreement with respect to
16any interest, including liens, that the State has in any
17property associated with, or resulting from, the Illinois
18Insured Mortgage Pilot Program.
19 (b) The State Treasurer shall cause any funds received by
20the State Treasurer as a result of subsection (a) to be
21deposited into the General Revenue Fund.

1 Section 10.
2 (a) The Treasurer shall obtain a certified copy of this
3Act within 60 days after its effective date and, upon receipt
4of the payment required, shall record the certified document
5in the Recorder's Office in the County in which the land is
6located.
7 (b) The quitclaim deed to the property described in
8Section 5 shall state on its face and be subject to the
9conditions that the real property shall be used by the City of
10Collinsville for the purpose of tourism and hospitality
11development and that if the real property is used for any
12purposes other than for the purpose of tourism and hospitality
13development, or if an attempt is made to sell the property,
14then title shall revert without further action to the State of
15Illinois.
16 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
17becoming law.
