Bill Title: Amends the Governor Succession Act. Provides that the Governor shall receive no State compensation for any period during which the Governor leaves office temporarily and the next officer in the line of succession exercises and discharges the powers and duties of the office of Governor due to the pending indictment of or pending criminal charge against the Governor. Effective immediately.
