Bill Title: Amends the Board of Higher Education Act. Provides that the Board of Higher Education shall establish a rural campus designation program to recognize the unique challenges and opportunities that exist for university campuses located in rural settings. Requires that the rural campus designation program created by the Board shall correlate with the federal rural campus designation program. Requires the Board to focus resources on the rural educational needs of those university campuses that are designated as rural campuses. Effective immediately.
