Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that registration plates or digital registration plates issued to a vehicle registered as a fleet vehicle may display the logo of the company for which the fleet is being operated at the company's request. Provides that the Secretary of State may charge the company a customization fee in an amount no greater than the cost to customize the fleet plate.
