Bill Title: Amends the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act. Provides that patient registry identification cards issued prior to the date the first dispensary organization registration is issued by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation shall be extended for a period of one year from the date such registration is issued without further fee to the cardholder. Requires the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to file with the Index Department of the Office of the Secretary of State a declaration to that effect, and to notify the Clerk of the House of Representatives, the Secretary of the Senate, and the Legislative Reference Bureau of the filing of the declaration. Extends the date of repeal of the Act from January 1, 2018 to 4 years after the filing of the declaration.
