Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act. Provides that no occupational or professional license issued by any State agency to a business or person may be revoked or suspended based upon a failure to comply with an executive order related to the COVID-19 Pandemic, unless a court order has been obtained to allow such license revocation or suspension. Provides that no State agency or employee of that State agency may enter on to the premises of a business or person for the purpose of effectuating the revocation or suspension of an occupational or professional license based upon a failure to comply with an executive order related to the COVID-19 Pandemic, unless a court order has been obtained to allow the enforcing State agency to enter on to the premises for such purpose and notice has been provided to the relevant State legislators of the district in which the business or person resides. Effective immediately.
