Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that beginning January 1, 2012, no group or individual policy of accident and health insurance issued in this State that covers hospital or medical expenses, for an insured or the insured's immediate family or children, shall exclude coverage for any condition defined under the Department of Insurance rules as a pre-existing condition.
