Bill Title: Amends the Children with Disabilities Article of the School Code. Provides that the determination of eligibility for special education must be made and the individualized education program must be completed within 60 calendar days for children ages 3 and 4 and within 60 school days for children ages 5 through 21 (now, 60 school days regardless of age) from the date of written parental consent.
