Bill Title: Amends the Condominium Property Act. Provides that the bylaws of each condominium association shall provide that, if the meeting of the board of managers is to be held without the physical presence of all of the members of the board by telephonic means, or by use of any acceptable technological means, notice of the meeting shall include a telephone number, web-based access portal, or other appropriate means of access to enable each unit owner to attend and hear or see, as applicable, the board meeting via telephonic or other acceptable technological means.
