Bill Title: Reinserts the contents of the bill as introduced with the following changes. Provides that each school district and charter school shall post the informational materials on the school district's or charter school's website, if any. Removes the provision requiring that the school board of a school district and the governing body of a charter school make the informational materials accessible to the parent or guardian of a student when the student is first enrolled in elementary school or in a school's student handbook on and after July 1, 2024. Makes a conforming change. Effective immediately.
