Bill Title: Amends the Nurse Practice Act. Replaces provisions concerning the written collaborative agreement required of a certified registered nurse anesthetist providing anesthesia services outside the hospital, ambulatory surgical treatment center, or hospital affiliate with provisions that require the certified registered nurse anesthetist to enter into a written collaborative agreement with a physician, podiatric physician, or dentist. Exempts the delivery of anesthesia during the surgical procedure performed by a physician, dentist, or podiatrist from the requirement that the collaborative relationship under an agreement not be construed to require the personal presence of a collaborating physician at the place where services are rendered.
