Bill Title: Amends the Children with Disabilities Article of the School Code. For the Chicago school district only, requires the school board to annually develop and make publicly available a report on the school district's special education expenditures and services; specifies requirements for the report. Requires the school board to post the report on its Internet website and publish it in a newspaper of general circulation in the district. Effective immediately.
