Bill Title: Amends the Predatory Lending Database Article of the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act. Provides that if a borrower applies for a loan lacking certain features, the information required to be submitted by a broker or originator for inclusion in the predatory lending database is limited to the borrower's name, address, social security number or taxpayer identification number, date of birth, and any other borrower contact information required by the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation by rule.
