Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that, beginning July 1, 2016, each month the Department shall pay into the Road Fund 80% of the net revenue realized for the preceding month from the sale of motor fuel and gasohol. Provides that, beginning July 1, 2016, each month the Department shall pay 20% of the net revenue realized for the preceding month from the sale of motor fuel and gasohol into certain local tax funds. Effective immediately.
