Bill Title: Amends the Wildlife Code. Requires the Department to annually issue each deer and wild turkey outfitter (upon his or her request) at least one deer permit and one turkey permit for every 250 acres of land that he or she owns or leases. Requires outfitters to pay an additional $50 fee for each deer permit or wild turkey permit issued by the Department. Requires the proceeds of the additional fee to be deposited into the Fish and Wildlife Fund. Provides that an outfitter is someone who owns at least 2,000 acres of land in the State and who provides or offers to provide, for compensation, outfitting services for deer or wild turkey hunting.
