Bill Title: Amends the Counties Code. Provides that a county with at least 800,000 residents and less than 3,000,000 residents may also impose a hotel tax within a municipality that imposes a municipal hotel operators' occupation tax if the proceeds from the tax within such a municipality are expended to promote tourism and economic development in the county. Effective immediately.
